Does it cost anything to work with AVG?
No. Our clients cover our fees, so there is never a cost to you.
Will my current employer find out?
No. Your search stays confidential. We never send your resume to a company without talking to you first, and you can tell us any companies to stay away from.
What happens after I apply?
Our recruiters review applications for each role. If your background is a fit, we start with a phone call. When we have a role to submit you to, we meet on Teams first. We never submit anyone we have not met.
What is the difference between contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire?
Contract means you work a set project or stretch of time and get paid hourly through AVG. Contract-to-hire starts the same way, with the plan to move you onto the company’s payroll once it is a fit for both sides. Direct hire means you join the company’s payroll on day one. See the full breakdown.

Yes. Plenty of good moves start that way. Tell us what it would take for you to move, and we will only reach out when a role clears that bar.
