A boutique firm with a local address.
AVG Recruitment is a staffing firm based in Clearwater, Florida, serving clients and candidates across Florida. With over eight years in the staffing industry, we place IT, Accounting & Finance, and Administrative talent.
Relationships, results, and integrity.
Whether you are a business looking for the right hire or a professional ready for the next step, our job is to understand your goals and deliver a match that sticks.
Our recruiters came up through national staffing firms and built AVG to keep the market knowledge and reach of a big firm while dropping the hand-offs and the resume blasts. We meet every candidate before we submit them, and we visit every client before we send anyone.
What sets us apart.
Specialized focus
Three areas: IT, Accounting & Finance, and Administrative. Knowing these roles well means better matches and faster results.
Hands-on approach
You work directly with experienced recruiters who care about the outcome. We listen closely, communicate clearly, and never pass you off to someone who does not know your search.
Speed and quality
We move fast without cutting corners. Our screening is thorough, so you meet qualified candidates, not a stack of resumes.
Competitive pricing
Don’t overpay one of the big-name firms. We will beat our competitors’ pricing.
Clearwater-based. Florida-wide.
Most of our searches are in Tampa Bay and Sarasota, and we recruit for on-site, hybrid, and remote roles across the state.
